    Want peace of mind after planting? We’ve got you covered. For just UGX 2.5 million per acre, BK Mixed Farm will professionally manage your plantation for the crucial first six months. Our experienced team handles:

    Our Process

    At BK Mixed Farm, we value transparency and efficient service. Here’s how our seedling ordering and delivery process works:

    • Inquiry & Stock Confirmation

      Begin by contacting us to check the availability of the seedlings you're interested in. Our team will promptly provide current stock information and guide you on what’s ready or growing.

    • Booking Your Order

      If your desired quantity or variety is not immediately in stock, we’ll proceed with a booking. This secures your order and allows us to plan for propagation or sourcing as needed.

    • Payment Terms

      To confirm your booking, we require a 50% upfront payment. The balance is paid upon delivery of your seedlings. This split-payment approach gives you peace of mind while we prepare your order.

    • Seedling Preparation & Timeline

      Once booked, our expert team begins the growing or preparation process. Depending on the seedling type, delivery takes approximately 3 months, ensuring your plants are healthy, strong, and ready for transplanting.

    • Delivery & Final Payment

      At the end of the preparation period, we’ll arrange delivery to your preferred location across Uganda. The remaining 50% payment is made at this stage, just before the handover of your seedlings.
